The Customer confirms that they have the authority to and grant AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS permission to print all images submitted. The Customer will indemnify AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS from any liabilities or costs arising from claims to the contrary.
AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS acknowledges that the Customer retains all legal rights to the images and files uploaded. The Customer is responsible for the images and can edit or delete them at any time. AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS will only use the approved images to supply packaging products as requested and will not use the images in promotional materials without the Customer’s permission.
By using AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS’s website to create or showcase designs for its products, the Customer grants AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS ownership of those designs. This ownership does not impact the Customer’s rights to any images they upload. Design ownership encompasses elements like layouts, effects, stacking, arrangement, and alignment.
AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS cannot verify the resolution quality of individual images used in designs generated in third-party programs. If images are compiled in a third-party program (e.g., Photoshop) and uploaded as a single file, AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS’s software can only assess the resolution quality of the entire flattened file. Therefore, AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS is not responsible for the resolution quality of individual images. Customers should refer to the design specifications listed on the AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS website for high-resolution printing.
AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS begins processing Customer orders shortly after they are placed—usually on the same day. If cancellation is necessary, the Customer should contact the AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS team as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once artwork is confirmed and production has begun.
The Customer is required to pay a fee for packaging services. Pricing details are available on the website or in writing if the “request a quote” option is used. AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS’s pricing is listed in UAE Dirhams. For shipments outside the UAE, additional customs charges may apply, and the Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, and clearance fees.
The Customer must make payments within 7 business days of receiving the invoice. If the Customer fails to pay any due fees, AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS may suspend access to its services or terminate the contract immediately.
AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS reserves the right to adjust prices for ongoing projects, including those where the Customer has started but left the project inactive and vendor prices have changed.
AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS is committed to delivering packaging products of the highest quality. If you notice any defects in the packaging material or printing upon delivery, we will replace the faulty product. To qualify for a replacement, please report the issue within 3 business days of receiving the product and provide clear photographic evidence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS shall not be liable for any lost revenue, profit, or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS services or from any images posted on the platform. Additionally, AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS is not liable for:
– The submission of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information by the Customer. – Any damage caused by the Customer’s violation of third-party rights. – Damages caused by third-party access to the Customer’s password or login. – Violations of the Customer’s intellectual property rights. – Damages caused by the Customer’s non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy.
In case of a force majeure event—an unforeseeable and unavoidable event external to both the Customer and AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS—performance of obligations may be suspended. AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS will not be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations during such events.
Any comments, suggestions, or other feedback provided to AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS regarding the site or products will be treated as non-confidential and will become the exclusive property of AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS. By submitting feedback, the Customer agrees to transfer all rights, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, to AL BUSHRA PRINTING PRESS at no charge.
